The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have shown improvement with Josh Freeman under center as they delivered 318 offensive yards last week at Atlanta. Freeman hit on 20 of 29 on the Falcons and made good decisions with the football with two touchdowns and no picks. On the defensive side with Raheem Morris running the defense the team brought a lot of pressure and was able to be very competitive with Atlanta. Jake Delhomme has a broken finger and expect Matt Moore under center. I expect Carolina to be a bit conservative in this game and that will lead to a close game. This game may land on 3 or 4 making you a winner no matter who wins the game. Take Tampa Bay plus the points.
